Our Signature Woodwork team
made the front doors, which included a commissioned art
glass. The doors are quarter sawn white oak with curly
maple panels. The cedar post and beam entry porch was
scaled to provide a strong sense of entry while being
understated. The entry establishes the craftsman style
influences which were used throughout the house.
The sun burst stone pattern over the door compliments the
custom quarter sawn white oak and curly maple doors.
Stained glass was commissioned and the doors' cloud lift
motif was repeated in the post and beam gable. The
columns were hand carved at the site and sit on fitted sandstone bases. |
