The Cornerstone

| Description: |
| Complete
restoration and rescue of the Nicholas County Bank: Threatened with demolition, the clients bought the old
building back to life as a gourmet restaurant downstairs,
and legal offices on the top floor. Historically
correct guidelines were followed to ensure tax credit
viability while custom mahogany millwork renewed the
ambience of the original bank. Marble was found to
match the original and the huge safe became a wine cellar. |
